Terms & Conditions

• Bookings Saturday to Saturday. Arrival between 4pm and 6pm. If you expect to arrive after 6pm, please inform the proprietor so that arrangements can be made for key collection.
  
• When booking please telephone to check that dates required are available. We will hold the requested dates for 5 working days until we receive your booking form and deposit which will be £50 per week booked. The balance is payable four weeks prior to arrival.
  
• In the event of your cancellation the administration deposit is not refundable.
  
• The tenants will be responsible for making good any damage caused to the property during their occupation whether caused wilfully or not, and for replacing any articles of furniture or equipment which may be damaged or lost.
  
• You are required to vacate your accommodation by 10am on the day of your departure
  
• Your accommodation has been thoroughly cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Please ensure you leave the accommodation in good order.
  
• Should circumstances beyond our control prevent the property being available, Craster Pine Lodges shall be liable only for the return of all payments made to Craster Pine Lodges.
  
• It is not possible to accommodate more than four persons in The Anchorage, or more than six persons in The Moorings or seven persons in Rock Ville.
  
• In your best interest we strongly recommend holiday makers to take out cancellation insurance.
  
• Pets are welcome but must not be left unattended in the lodges.
