FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you accept pets?
Yes pets are accepted in both the Anchorage and Moorings Pine Lodge but not at Rock Ville. Pets must never be left unattended.

Do we have to bring our own Linen?
No, all linen is provided free of charge

Are there telephones within the properties?
Rock Ville has a payphone but there are not phones within the Lodges. There is a public payphone within the Village itself.

Where can we park?
There is parking space for two vehicles at each property.

What time do we have to leave on Departure Day?
To allow us to maintain our standards of cleanliness which you received upon your arrival. You are required to vacate your holiday home by 10.00 am

Where can we get the Electric Meter Cards?
Electricity cards are available solely from ourselves and are charged at standard rates.

Does Craster have a beach?
Craster has a Harbour with headland walks either side of the Village. There are 15 beautiful beaches all with spectacular clean sand within 12m north and south of the Village. There are no dog restrictions on any of the beaches but obviously any dog litter should be picked up and placed in the dog bins provided
